The brief

Beaumont & Co creates bespoke joinery, from kitchens and utility rooms to fitted wardrobes and storage. We took over their social media in January 2026.

Their goal was to build trust and turn more of their audience into enquiries. We measured everything against their 2025 numbers, with a target of 780 followers by the end of 2026, up from a benchmark of 600.

Our approach

Rather than only showing finished joinery, we built the content around the ideas people were already searching for: utility rooms, hidden doors, black-and-white kitchens, and even paint colours like Farrow & Ball’s Hague Blue.

We launched Beaumont & Co on TikTok in February and gave each platform its own job. TikTok and Instagram bring new people in through search and discovery, Instagram builds trust, and Facebook adds visibility and local credibility.

What we did

Three formats did the heavy lifting. Transformation hooks, like before-and-afters and “this started as…” reveals, showed the value of the work quickly. Search-led videos answered the ideas people were looking for. And walkthroughs, on-site clips and the thinking behind each design choice made the work feel bespoke and credible.

Clear prompts like “DM us the space” and “Start your bespoke joinery project” gave people an easy next step, and we tracked the link in bio to see who was moving from watching to enquiring.

Every month, we reported on what was working on each platform and adjusted the plan to match.

Where it’s heading

By May, the account had more views, engagement and link clicks than in the whole of 2025, and had passed its follower target for the end of the year, seven months early. By August, it had 875 followers, 95 above target.

Rebecca at Silly Goose Digital has worked with my business Beaumont & Co for just under a year now and she has brought so much to the table. Very professional and always ahead of schedule. For someone who may not know everything about my trade, she handles the brief very well.
